Terms and Conditions

1. Upon payment of the deposit amount by the purchaser to the seller the seller will draw the vehicle from stock in the UK and ship it to Auckland.

2. Approximate delivery time is 8 – 10 weeks from payment of deposit and the seller will endeavor to ensure no delays but cannot be responsible for delays outside its control.

3. The truck will remain the property of the seller until it is paid for in full by the purchaser as described above and or any other charges associated with the importation and compliance of this vehicle.

4. The deposit is retained by the seller if the purchaser fails to complete this transaction.

5. The purchaser may seek to nullify this agreement and have their deposit returned if:

   1. The vehicle supplied is substantially different to as described above in type, make and configuration.

   2. If the vehicle has defects that render it unfit for purpose or unfit for compliance to NZ standards however; given such defects should occur the purchaser agrees that the first course of action shall be for the seller to remedy any such defects so the vehicle does meet the condition as described above.
